We have two Trumpf laser cutting machines with 3200 W and one fiber laser cutting machine with table size 6000 x 2000 mm and max capacity up to 40 mm.

Our welding department handles everything from simple products to jobs requiring specialized competence such as licensed welding. With a production area of 600 sqm and an experienced team we deliver high quality in every stage.

Robot welding is a growing area where annual volume can be around 100 parts/year depending on weld times and design. Our machinery includes three Yaskawa welding robots.

Our machining department combines modern machine capability with skilled craftsmanship. In manual machining we handle everything from individual prototypes to small series and special parts requiring flexibility and quick adaptation. We work with cutting, drilling, threading, grinding and fine-tuning, delivering solutions that are precise and cost-effective.

Our CNC machining är uppbyggd för hög precision och repeterbar kvalitet i både små och medelstora serier. Med moderna CNC–svarvar och CNC–fräsar producerar vi detaljer med snäva toleranser, hög ytfinish och stabil kvalitet oavsett komplexitet. We have one of Sweden's best painting departments, built to deliver surface treatment that handles everything from normal industrial environments to the most demanding offshore conditions. Advanced technology is combined with thorough quality control.

Our process covers washing, blasting and painting in several systems including C3 and C5, providing strong and long-lasting protection against corrosion, wear and harsh weather conditions.
